Accountability Groups
Accountability Groups allow you to join with other users on the platform to determine what activities are important to you. Each activity can be assigned a custom point value. Your group administrator can configure meetings for your group which are automatically scheduled. For each meeting you can track which activities you’ve done for that meeting period which could be weekly, biweekly, monthly, etc.
Group members have an ability to define what their point goal is, and track the activities that they’ve done during each meeting period. All members of the group have real time access to view how other members of the team have been doing throughout the meeting period. We also know that many of our users may be family members or close friends operating within the context of a single brand. For these users, you have the ability to create a custom team where each member of your team within the group can optionally set a team goal and all of the activity of the various members are aggregated to determine how many points they have done collectively.
Within each group, you can also create smaller Pods (check-in groups) which can meet more frequently in between the larger group meetings. When you participate in a pod, use the activity meeting period selector on the Activities tab to log check-in points against the pod meeting stream (separate from the main group meeting period). All meetings can be configured to take place via various platforms like Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, by Phone, or In Person.
Members from other organizations
A group is not limited to a single Portfolio 360 organization. You can invite or add members who sign in on their own site (for example, a partner on a different brand). Each member’s activity, teams, and optional Discussions & Document Vault access are scoped to group membership, not to a single tenant—every active member participates in the same group space from their own portal.
Meeting period snapshots
Scoring rows (MemberWeek and TeamWeek) are created when a meeting instance is generated. If someone joins a team or pod after a meeting period has already started, their scoring for that period does not change retroactively—they are included starting with the next meeting for that stream (main group or pod). Creating a new pod does not backfill past pod meetings; participants are included on the next scheduled pod check-in onward.
