  • Sub-domains operated by Portfolio 360 (e.g., demo websites, application endpoints, APIs such as Meetings)
  • Tenant-specific domains powered by our SaaS platform

  • Account & Tenant Information: Name, email address, company details, tenant domain configuration, and user profile information.
  • Usage Information: Log files, IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referral sources, pages visited, and interaction patterns.
  • Integration Data: Authentication tokens and account identifiers when you choose to connect 3rd party services (e.g., Microsoft, Google, Zoom, or others). These tokens are used solely to enable integration features and are not sold or misused.
  • Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store payment card information on our systems.
  • Cookies & Tracking: Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to improve functionality, security, analytics, and marketing.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve our Services
  • Provide access to tenant accounts and custom domains
  • Facilitate integrations with 3rd party providers (e.g., calendar syncing, video meetings, communications)
  • Respond to inquiries, support requests, and service notifications
  • Improve website performance, analytics, and security monitoring
  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements

4. Third-Party Integrations

Our Services allow you to connect accounts from third-party providers (such as Microsoft, Google, Zoom, and others). When you authorize such integrations:

  • We only request the minimum permissions required to enable the requested functionality.
  • Authentication tokens are stored securely and used solely for the purposes of providing the integration.
  • We do not control how third-party providers use your information. Please review their respective privacy policies.

5. Payments

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only with:

  • Service Providers: Vendors that support hosting, analytics, authentication, email marketing, or technical support.

Our Services are intended for business and professional use only. We do not target or knowingly collect personal information from minors of any age. If we learn that a minor has submitted information, we will promptly delete it.

Tenants using Portfolio 360 to manage their own users, investors, or customers are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, or other regional regulations). We act as a service provider/processor for tenant data.


16. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
