Real Estate Brokers

Real Estate Brokers are another special category of contact in Portfolio 360. While underwriting properties you have the ability to connect the property to one or more Brokers which sent you the deal making it easier for you to keep track of which broker you need to contact for updates about the property or to submit your LOI or Offer. Additionally over time this allows you to gather metrics about your brokers to see what the average deal size is that they’re sending you, and if these deals translate to LOIs and Offers.
